Spaghetti With Beef Mushroom Sauce

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. Heat oil in large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add mushrooms, onions cook 6 minutes stirring often.
  4. Add garlic, beef, and seasonings; and cook until beef is not pink.
  5. Drain well and return to pan.
  6. Add tomatoes with juice and bring to boil.
  7. Reduce heat and stir in cream and 3/4 of cheese.
  8. Simmer until sauce has thickened slightly (about 3 minutes).
  9. Serve over pasta.
  10. Garnish with parsley and remaining cheese.
