Beef Cheese Dip Recipe

• 2 pound grnd meat
• 2 pound Velveeta cheese
• 1 (20 ounce.) can Rotel tomatoes
• 1 med. onion, minced fine
• Garlic to taste

1. Brown meat with onion; drain.
2. Combine all ingredients and cook in crock pot on low for 1 hour.
3. Serve with tortilla chips or possibly corn chips.
