Marinade Flank Steak Recipe
- 1 (1 1/2 lbs.) flank steak
- 5 green onions
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- Place steak in a large shallow dish.
- Combine and mix well the remaining ingredients.
- Pour over steak.
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hrs or possibly overnight, turning occasionally.
- Drain steak, reserving marinade.
- Grill over warm coals 5 - 10 min on each side or possibly till desired degree of doneness, basting with marinade.
- Serves 5 or possibly 6.
