Baked Vidalia Onion Dip
- 3 cups Thinly Sliced Vidalia Onions
- 3 cups Grated White Cheddar Or Swiss Cheese
- 1- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt, Or To Taste
- 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's Seasoned Salt, Or To Taste
- Cut each onion in half and then thinly slice each half onion to make 3 cups of onion slices.
- Add the white cheddar or Swiss cheese (its good with either) and mayonnaise.
- Stir and combine and then add garlic salt and seasoned salt to taste.
- Ive also added green chiles and they give this dip an added kick!
- Bake in a 350-degree (F) oven for about 45 minutes.
- Serve warm with toast rounds or crackers.
