Baked Vidalia Onion Dip

  1. Cut each onion in half and then thinly slice each half onion to make 3 cups of onion slices.
  2. Add the white cheddar or Swiss cheese (its good with either) and mayonnaise.
  3. Stir and combine and then add garlic salt and seasoned salt to taste.
  4. Ive also added green chiles and they give this dip an added kick!
  5. Bake in a 350-degree (F) oven for about 45 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with toast rounds or crackers.
  7. Oh my!
