Blue Cheese Pecan Grapes Recipe
- 2 ounce blue cheese crumbled
- 6 ounce cream cheese softened
- 1/2 lb seedless green grapes
- 1 c. finely minced pecans
- Combine cheeses and beat at medium speed till smooth.
- Refrigeratefor an hour.
- Remove stems from grapes, wash grapes and dry with paper towels.
- When the grapes are completely dry, wrap each grape with sufficient cheese mix to cover.
- Roll in pecans.
- Refrigerateat least 1 hour before serving.
- (Makes 2-3 dozen)
