Matt's Blue Burgers

  1. Dice mushroom.
  2. Combine all ingredients except garlic powder in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix well by hand until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Form into 4 burger patties.
  5. Lightly sprinkle patties with garlic powder.
  6. Grill until done on medium heat.
  7. Try to only flip once for juiciest burgers.
  8. Serve on buns with your choice of condiments.
