Nuts
- 1 1/4 cup pecan meal, flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 1/4 cup colby and monterrey jack cheese shredded
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup pistachio nuts salted
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 1/4 cup colby and monterrey jack cheese shredded
- 1 large jalapeno pepper
- 1 large vine ripened tomato
- 1/2 cup black ripened olives sliced
- 1/3 cup sliced green olives with pimentos
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit
- Mix the pecan meal, with eggs, baking powder and cheese
- Put the mixture in a deep dish 10 inch pie pan.
- Slice the tomatoes.
- Cut the jalapeno in half remove seeds and ribs.
- The dice the jalapeno.
- Add nuts, add jalapenos, and tomato slices.
- Add the cheese and salt and pepper.
- Slice the olives.
- Add the olives and pimentos on the top
- Bake 25-30 minutes.
- Let sit 5 minutes.
