Baked Flounder with Remoulade Sauce
- 2 whole (6 Oz. Size) Flounder Fillets
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Finely Chopped Parsley
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a nonstick baking dish, add fish.
- Sprinkle with pepper and add lemon zest and juice.
- Place in the hot oven for 8 minutes.
- In a small bowl, add all remoulade ingredients and stir well to combine.
- Microwave 1 minute, stir well.
- Plate flounder.
- Add warmed remoulade sauce over each fillet and enjoy with your favorite side dishes.
