Baked Flounder with Remoulade Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a nonstick baking dish, add fish.
  3. Sprinkle with pepper and add lemon zest and juice.
  4. Place in the hot oven for 8 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, add all remoulade ingredients and stir well to combine.
  6. Microwave 1 minute, stir well.
  7. Plate flounder.
  8. Add warmed remoulade sauce over each fillet and enjoy with your favorite side dishes.
