Turkey Salad Croissants
- 2 cups cooked turkey breast, cubed
- 12 cup cranberries, chopped
- 1 orange, peeled and chopped
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup chopped pecans
- 6 croissants, split
- lettuce leaf, garnish
- In a large bowl, combine turkey, cranberries, orange, mayonnaise, mustard, sugar and salt; chill.
- Just before serving, stir in pecans.
- Top each croissant with 1/2 cup turkey mixture and a lettuce leaf.
