Bread-mum's recipe

  1. Add 2 tablespoon breadflour , yeast and some water to prepare the starter
  2. When the starter is ready.. add all ingredients and knead till it form a smooth dough.
  3. Let the dough proof till double its size
  4. Divide the dough into 4 portion, roll them into bread loaf and set in the greased tin
  5. Bake 30min at 170 degree.
