Easy Skillet Enchiladas

  1. Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add enchilada sauce, soup, and milk.
  4. Mix together and bring to a low boil.
  5. Roll tortillas around cheese and olives.
  6. Place in the boiling mixture.
  7. Spoon mixture over tortillas.
  8. Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 mimutes or until cheese is melted.
