Creamy Orange Salad Recipe

• 8 1/2 ounce. crushed pineapple, liquid removed, save juice
• 3 ounce. pkg. orange Jello
• 3 ounce. cream cheese
• 1 c. heavy cream or possibly 8 ounce. Cold Whip
• 1 grated carrot
• Healthy pinch of salt

1. Add in sufficient water to pineapple juice to make 1 c. and bring to boil.
2. Add in Jello and cream cheese.
3. Beat with rotary beater till smooth.
4. Let cold, stirring occasionally.
5. Mix in pineapple, carrots and cream; add in salt, mold and chill.
6. Stir well before it sets.
