Banana peanut butter, pork

  1. Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit
  2. Butterfly the pork loin.
  3. On the inside of the pork, add sage, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mash the banana, and mix with peanut butter.
  5. Spread it into the pork.
  6. Roll the pork up and tie the pork up with twine.
  7. Add sage, pepper, and salt.
  8. Heat an oven safe pan with vegetable oil.
  9. Add tied up pork loin.
  10. Sear the bottom and baste the top
  11. Put into oven bake 40 -50 minutes.
  12. At last 15 minutes add half a cup of water
  13. Let sit 10 minutes.
  14. Serve hope you enjoy!
