Banana peanut butter, pork
- 1 large banana
- 1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 lb pork loin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground sage
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp ground sage
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, fresh
- Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit
- Butterfly the pork loin.
- On the inside of the pork, add sage, salt, and pepper.
- Mash the banana, and mix with peanut butter.
- Spread it into the pork.
- Roll the pork up and tie the pork up with twine.
- Add sage, pepper, and salt.
- Heat an oven safe pan with vegetable oil.
- Add tied up pork loin.
- Sear the bottom and baste the top
- Put into oven bake 40 -50 minutes.
- At last 15 minutes add half a cup of water
- Let sit 10 minutes.
