Super Easy Fish Skillet
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540mL) stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup pitted black olives
- 1 lb. frozen fish fillets, such as haddock, halibut or cod, thawed
- Cook onions in dressing in large skillet until tender.
- Add tomatoes, peppers and olives.
- Top with fish; cover.
- Cook on medium heat 8 to 10 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
