Mean Green Chicken

  1. Trim cilanto root ends.
  2. In a blender, combine cilantro bunch, garlic, chile peppers, curry powder, turmeric, sugar, fish sauce, and coconut milk.
  3. Blend until a smooth, thick paste.
  4. Rub chicken pieces with cilantro paste.
  5. Cover and marinate in refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Put chicken pieces on prepared grill.
  7. While grilling, brush liberally with 1/2 cup reserved coconut milk.
  8. Grill until browned and tender.
