Honey Almond-Cream Cheese Appetizer Spread

• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
• 1 Tbsp. honey
• 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted
• 1 fresh pear, thinly sliced
• 20 RITZ Crackers

1. Place Neufchatel on microwaveable serving plate.
2. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 sec.
3. or just until Neufchatel is softened.
4. Drizzle with honey.
5. Shake cinnamon through fine-mesh strainer over cream cheese; sprinkle with nuts.
6. Serve with pears and crackers.
