Marshmallow Truffles

  1. Dip marshmallows one at a time, in chocolate, turning to evenly coat each marshmallow.
  2. Gently shake off excess chocolate.
  3. Place marshmallows in a single layer, on sheet of wax paper; sprinkle with nuts.
  4. Let stand at room temperature or until chocolate is firm.
  5. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
  6. SUBSTITUTE: For peanutty truffle, substitute peanuts for pecans.
