Venetian Lemon Shake

• 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup lemon sorbet
• 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
• 1/3 cup vodka
• 1/4 cup Prosecco or Champagne

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
