Easy Peasy Slow Cooker Lentils
- 6 cups Vegetable Stock
- 1 pound Green Or Red Lentils
- 1 can (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 whole Yellow Or White Onion, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1.
- Wash lentils and discard any yucky pieces.
- 2.
- Put all ingredients into slow cooker.
- 3.
- Cook on high for 7 hours or until liquid is absorbed.
- It will resemble a thick chili.
- Top it off with a dollop of sour cream or pico de gallo!
