Best Friend's Tuna Or Chicken Casserole Recipe

• 1 (10 ounce.) frzn pkg. mixed vegetables, cooked
• 1 can tuna fish or possibly 1 chicken breast, cooked and cut up
• 1 can mushroom soup
• 1/2 can lowfat milk
• 1 tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 pkg. Chinese noodles

1. Mix 1/2 bag Chinese noodles with other ingredients or possibly layer vegetable mix, ending with noodles on top.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
