Sweet N Sour Whatever
- 1 cup broth
- 12 cup brown sugar, packed
- 13 cup cider vinegar
- 14 cup soy sauce (I use lite)
- 14 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 34 cup carrot, cut up
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 34 cup bell pepper
- 34 cup celery
- 34 cup pineapple chunk
- 4 cups turkey or 4 cups chicken or 4 cups Spam or 4 cups pork
- onion, if you like
- Pam cooking spray
- hot cooked rice or chinese noodles
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat stirring until thickened.
- Remove from heat.
- Spray frying pan with Pam saute carrots and celery (onion if you like) for 1 minute.
- Add bell pepper, pineapple and whatever; cook 5 minutes.
- Add sauce and cook until thoroughly heated.
- Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
