Tropical Island Chicken
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup pineapple juice
- 13 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 6 lbs chicken wings
- Mix all ingredients except chicken wings.
- Reserve 1/2 cup for basting.
- Add marinade and chicken to plastic bag coat well.
- Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
- Drain and discard marinade.
- Grill covered over medium heat, basting frequently.
- Grill until juices run clear.
