Salt Flavored Chicken Karaage (Deep-fried Chicken)

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and combine with the seasonings.
  2. Rub the seasonings into the chicken well and rest it in the fridge for about 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
  3. Coat with katakuriko.
  4. Deep fry and it's done.
