Caramel Rocky Road Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all crumb mixture ingredients except 1/2 cup chopped peanuts in large bowl.
  3. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped peanuts.
  5. Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture; set aside.
  6. Press remaining crumb mixture onto bottom of greased and floured 15x10x1-inch jelly-roll pan.
  7. Bake 15-17 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Spread caramel topping evenly over hot, partially baked crust.
  9. Sprinkle with 1 cup peanuts, marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  10. Crumble reserved crumb mixture over chocolate chips.
  11. Continue baking 20-25 minutes or until crumb mixture is lightly browned.
  12. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm.
  13. Cut into bars.
