Slow Oven Beef Stew Recipe

  1. Cut roast into small pcs.
  2. Sprinkle with onion mix.
  3. Add in next 9 ingredients.
  4. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hrs in 300 degree oven.
  5. In saucepan, cook amount needed of potatoes, carrots, celery and peas.
  6. Remove meat from oven.
  7. Skim off any fat.
  8. Thicken liquid with 2 Tbsp.
  9. cornstarch and 1/4 c. water.
  10. Mix till smooth.
  11. Add in cooked vegetables.
