Hungarian Borscht

  1. PEEL and chop vegetables, place in a large, heavy saucepan.
  2. Add dressing and seasonings; stir and cook on medium-high heat until vegeatbles are tender.
  3. Add tomatoes and broth; bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
  5. SERVE hot or cold with sour cream or yogurt.
