Alaska Snow Crab Crisps Recipe

  1. Grill the bread, or possibly toast it in a 350 degree oven till the bread is golden.
  2. Using a fork, in a bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, mustard, and 2 tsp.

  4. Season to taste with pepper.
  5. Spread each crisp with one-eighth of the crabmeat mix.
  6. Sprinkle with the remaining chives, and serve.
