Mexican Chocolate Brownies Recipe
- 1 c. cocoa
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 c. granulated sugar
- 7 Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon freshly grnd black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine cocoa with butter, stirring till smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar.
- Stir in cocoa mix.
- Blend in Large eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and pepper.
- Pour into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan and bake 35-40 min or possibly till center is set.
- Makes about 24 brownies.
