Pesach Brownie Bars

  1. Grease 8x10 pan, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla sugar with butter/marg.
  3. Blend eggs.
  4. Stir in salt, cake meal and potato starch.
  5. Fold in chocolate and nuts.
  6. Chill 20 minutes.
  7. Put in pan and bake for about 35-40 minutes, until center is set, not jiggly.
  8. Cool, then cut.
