Chicken sweet corn and Tortellini chowder
- 1 chicken breast
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 2 cup water
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 packages cheese filled tortillini
- 1 can cream style corn
- Brown chicken breast and cook through
- Add chicken stock and simmer 20 minutes to tenderize chicken
- Remove chicken breast add water to boiling stirring to get the drippings into the broth
- When boiling add tortellini and simmer 8 to 10 minutes until cooked through
- Meanwhile cut chicken into small bite size pieces
- Add chicken to pot stir in cream of chicken soup and cream style corn
- Heat through.
- And serve with warm rolls
- Optional add can of chopped green chiles for spice
- Taste before adding salt
