Polish Delight Recipe
- 3 pound Polish sausage
- 1 (20 ounce.) can crushed pineapple, in heavy syrup
- 1 (12 ounce.) bottle chili sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- Cut sausages in bite-size pcs.
- Spread proportionately in shallow baking pan.
- Spread pineapple then chili sauce, then sprinkle on brown sugar over top.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs, basting frequently.
