Saute Veal With Lemon Recipe

  1. Slice veal into very thin slices and lb.
  2. slices flat.
  3. Season veal on both sides and salt and pepper.
  4. Heat extra virgin olive oil and 2 Tbsp.
  5. butter in frying pan.
  6. Add in veal, lemon, scallions, and parsley.
  7. Cook veal for 1 minute on each side or possibly till cooked through.
  8. Transfer veal and lemon to a heated serving dish.
  9. Keep hot.
  10. Add in remaining butter and white wine to the pan and heat gently, scraping the surface of the pan clean with a wooden spoon.
  11. Pour pan juices over veal and lemon.
  12. Serve immediately.
  13. Serves 4.
