Admiral Big Nose's Polynesian Delight

• Ice
• 1/2 ounce Hibiscus Rum
• 3/4 ounce macadamia liqueur or Frangelico
• 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1/2 ounce Velvet Falernum (clove-spiced liqueur)
• Dash of orange flower water
• Pinch of ground allspice
• 1/2 orange wheel
• 1 edible orchid (optional)

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the allspice, orange wheel and orchid and shake well.
3. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
4. Sprinkle the drink with the allspice and garnish with the orange wheel half and orchid.
