Chicken 'N Green Bean Casserole Recipe

  1. Combine cooked rice and parsley in 8 x 12 inch baking dish.
  2. With spoon, press rice up sides and over bottom to create crust.
  3. Combine chicken, beans, lowfat milk, soup, pepper and 1/2 can French fried onions; spoon into rice crust.
  4. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 min.
  5. Top with remaining onions and bake uncovered 5 min longer.
  6. 6 servings.
