Center Ring Strip Steak Marinated In Scotch Whisky

  1. In a container large enough to hold the steaks, combine all ingredients for marinade.
  2. Place steaks in marinade and leave in refrigerator, covered, overnight.
  3. Remove steaks from marinade.
  4. Broil to desired degree of doneness.
