Black Forest Pie Recipe

  1. Prepare pie crust according to pkg.
  2. directions for filled 1-crust)
  3. pie, using 1 teaspoon Flour.
  4. Heat oven 350 degrees
  5. In sauce pan, combine sugar, cocoa and 2 tbles flour.
  6. Add in margarine and lowfat milk.
  7. Cook till mix begins to boil, stirring constantly.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Add in small amount of warm mix to Large eggs; return mix to pan.
  10. Fold half can of pie filling into mix.
  11. Pour into crust lined pan.
  12. Bake at 350 for 34 - 45 min or possibly till center is set but still shiny.
  13. Cold.
  14. Refrigerateon hour.
  15. Combine 2 c. topping and grated chocolate.
  16. Spread over cooled pie.
  17. Top with remaining pie filling and topping.
  18. Refrigerate1/2 hour.
  19. 8 - 10 servings.
