Pocket Gyros With Yogurt Sauce

  1. Combine meat, chopped onion, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper in large bowl and stir well.
  2. Shape into loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Remove from pan and cool.
  5. Slice into 1/4 inch slices.
  6. Fill pita halves with meat.
  7. Top with chopped tomato, sliced onion and Yogurt Sauce.
  8. For sauce, combine all ingredients and stir well.
  9. Cover and chill.
