Holiday Prune And Nut Cake Recipe

• 2 c. flour, sifted
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 3 Large eggs
• 1 c. prunes, cooked and cut up
• 1 c. Wesson oil
• 1/2 c. buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon each: cinnamon, nutmeg and all spice
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 c. nuts, minced

1. Mix all ingredients together till well mixed.
2. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
