Holiday Prune And Nut Cake Recipe
- 2 c. flour, sifted
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. prunes, cooked and cut up
- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon each: cinnamon, nutmeg and all spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. nuts, minced
- Mix all ingredients together till well mixed.
- Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
