Cappuccino Mousse

  1. Sprinkle gelatine over coffee in small saucepan; let stand 1 min.
  2. Cook on low heat 2 min.
  3. or until gelatine is completely dissolved, stirring constantly.
  4. Place yogurt and sugar in blender; cover.
  5. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  6. Add gelatine mixture; cover.
  7. Blend well.
  8. Pour into medium bowl.
  9. Add 1 cup of the whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
  10. Spoon into five individual dessert dishes.
  11. Refrigerate at least 15 min.
  12. Top evenly with the remaining 1/4 cup whipped topping just before serving.
  13. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
