Dijon & Garlic Marinade

  1. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
  2. Pour 1 cup of the marinade over each pound of beef, chicken, pork or fish in shallow dish; cover.
  3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. (When marinating fish, marinate no longer than 2-1/2 hours.)
  5. Drain; discard marinade.
  6. Cook meat, chicken or fish as desired.
