Dijon & Garlic Marinade
- 1 gal. GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 2-2/3 cups oil
- 2-2/3 cups garlic cloves, minced
- 2-2/3 cups lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2-2/3 cups soy sauce
- 1/3 cup dried thyme leaves
- Mix all ingredients until well blended.
- Pour 1 cup of the marinade over each pound of beef, chicken, pork or fish in shallow dish; cover.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
- (When marinating fish, marinate no longer than 2-1/2 hours.)
- Drain; discard marinade.
- Cook meat, chicken or fish as desired.
