Chocolate & Raspberry Schnapps Cake

  1. Mix the cake ingredients together and pour into a bundt pan.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
  3. Cool.
  4. Combine the first three glaze ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil.
  5. Boil 5 minutes.
  6. Take off burner.
  7. Stir in 1/2 cup raspberry schnapps.
  8. Using a knife make slits in cake.
  9. Brush glaze all over cake until all glaze is absorbed.
  10. Store in refrigerator.
  11. Serve with raspberries.
