Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Roast
- 1 whole 2-pound Pork Roast
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Margarine
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Rub pork roast liberally with brown sugar and Cajun seasoning.
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- In an oven proof pot, brown roast in margarine and olive oil on all sides.
- Roast in the oven for 1 hour.
- Remove and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Thicken gravy with a cornstarch/water mixture.
- Just before slicing, pour gravy over the roast.
