Farmers' Market Layered Salad with Turkey

  1. Remove lettuce core.
  2. Fill hole left by core with cold water.
  3. Separate leaves, wash again.
  4. Gently shake off excess water.
  5. Pat dry with paper towels or place in a salad spinner to dry lettuce.
  6. Tear into small bite-size pieces.
  7. Divide torn lettuce evenly onto 4 serving plates.
  8. Stack 4 turkey slices together; cut into 4 lengthwise strips.
  9. Cut strips in half crosswise.
  10. Repeat with remaining turkey slices.
  11. Top lettuce evenly with turkey, cucumbers, corn, tomatoes, grapes and cheese.
  12. Drizzle with dressing.
