Zoodles with Turkey Meatballs and Tomato Cream Sauce
- 1 lb prepared turkey meatballs (I prefer Shady Brook)
- 4 zucchini run through a spiralizer
- 1 jar of pasta sauce(remove 1 cup, reserve for another use)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 3/4 cup shredded parmesan
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- In a large pot of lightly salted water, add zoodles and cook until tender.
- Roughly 10 minutes.
- While zoodles are cooking add sauce, milk, garlic, Italian seasoning, and only 1/2 Parmesan cheese to a pot.
- Mix well and add meatballs.
- Heat on medium until meatballs are heated through.
- Drain zoodles very well and add to a serving bowl.
- Ladle sauce on and place meatballs on top.
- Sprinkle with reserved parmesan cheese.
