Chinese Ribs Recipe
- 2 lbs. spareribs
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. dry sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 3 tbsp. catsup
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Combine all ingredients (except honey and ribs) in pan large sufficient to hold ribs.
- In separate c., combine honey with 1 Tbsp.
- soy sauce mix and set aside.
- Coat ribs in soy sauce mix and marinade at least 1 hour, turn occasionally.
- Place on broiler pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
- During last five min, brush with honey mix.
