Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
  3. Beat butter, both sugars and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy.
  4. Beat in eggs.
  5. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  6. Stir in chunks.
  7. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until cookies are puffed and centers are set but still soft.
  9. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
