Butterscotch

  1. In a Saucepan,over a low heat, melt together the butter,sugar and golden syrup, stirring all the time until the sugar has dissolved (about 10 minutes).Add a little(NOT ALL) milk to the pan and transfer to a jug.
  2. Whisk in a little more milk, followed by all yoghurt.
  3. Whisk in remaining milk.
  4. Cover with clingfilm, chill before serving.
