Ham Steak Glaze
- 14 cup finely packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 12 teaspoon dried mustard
- 18 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1.
- Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl.

- Place ham on a baking sheet and spread top with 1/2 the glaze.
- 3.
- Broil 4" from heat for 5 minutes.
- 4.
- Flip ham and brush other side with remaining glaze and broil for another 5 minutes or until done.
