Atsuage au Gratin with Soy Milk, Miso and Mayonnaise
- 2 Atsuage
- 100 ml Soy milk
- 1 tbsp White flour
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Japanese leek
- 1 Thin stripped cheese
- Finely chop the Japanese leek.
- Mix the flour and soy milk together.
- Once well mixed, add the miso, mayonnaise, and chopped leek.
- Chop the atsuage into easy-to-eat pieces, and line them up in a casserole dish.
- Pour the sauce from Step 2 over the atsuage and then top with cheese.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese has browned and it's done.
