Polka Dot Pasta
- 12 oz small or medium shell macaroni, uncooked
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 cup meat pasta sauce
- 3 cup shredded mozzerella cheese
- 30 slice pepperoni
- preheat oven to 375. spray lasagna tin (or 13x9" casserole) with cooking spray
- cook macaroni for least amount of time as indicated on box; drain
- pour about 1 cup of pasta sauce on bottom of baking dish.
- beat eggs in bowl with whisk, stir in parmesan cheese, pepper and macaroni.
- spoon into baking dish and cover with remaining 2 cups of pasta sauce
- sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and top with pepperoni
- bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown
- let stand 5 minutes before serving.
